Privacy Policy
How Pexify handles platform and connected-store information.
1. Who we are
Pexify is a commerce operations platform operated by SARAWELL LLC, 420 Kuller Rd. Ste 204, Clifton, NJ 07011, USA. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@pexify.net.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, business details, and authentication data needed to provide the service.
Connected-store data
When you authorize a connection to a marketplace or store (such as Amazon, Etsy, or Shopify), we access data required to provide the functions you request. Depending on the integration and the functions you enable, this may include catalog and listing information, inventory levels, pricing, orders and order details, fulfillment information, and shipment and tracking status. Where orders contain customer or shipping information necessary to fulfill and ship an order, we process that information solely to perform the requested fulfillment and shipping functions.
Support and contact data
If you email us or contact support, we collect the information you provide so we can respond.
Usage and device data
We collect limited technical data (such as log data and device/browser information) needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the platform.
3. How we use information
We use information only to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the commerce management and fulfillment functions you request;
- Synchronize catalog, listings, inventory, pricing, orders, fulfillment, and shipment status across your connected stores;
- Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates;
- Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use connected-store data for purposes unrelated to the functions you request.
4. How we store and protect information
Data is stored on secured infrastructure in the United States. We encrypt data in transit using TLS and encrypt sensitive credentials (such as marketplace access tokens) at rest. We never store your marketplace passwords. Access to data is restricted on a least-privilege basis to what is needed to operate the platform and provide requested functions. We maintain network controls, monitoring, and regular backups. See our Security page for more.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
- Marketplaces and stores you connect: to perform the functions you request (for example, updating a listing or confirming a shipment back to the order).
- Service providers / subprocessors: infrastructure, hosting, shipping/carrier, and similar providers that help us deliver the service, under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the platform.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Deleting your data
You can disconnect any connected store at any time, which stops further synchronization. You may request deletion of your data by following our Data Deletion process or by emailing hello@pexify.net. We will delete data we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@pexify.net.
9. Data from connected Amazon accounts
When you authorize an Amazon connection, Pexify accesses Amazon data only to provide the seller-requested functions described on our Amazon integration page, and uses that data solely for those functions. You can disconnect your Amazon account at any time. Pexify is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
11. Children
Pexify is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
